Greetings Brothers & Sisters in Christ!
God is slow to anger, abounding in steadfast love. He’ll never leave or forsake the truly thankful and repentant. Just knowing we dangle by the thread of God’s patience, should cause us to be repentant and grateful so we can be forgiven and then view the sin of others with sobriety.
We must focus on our logs of sin not the sawdust of others. Because God is patient with us, we reflect His glory by being patient with others!
Today, we learn that God will eventually withdraw His restraining grace from those who are thankless and who refuse to repent of their sins, yet judging others for their sin.
Let it not be so at The River’s Edge. Let us love one another and encourage one another toward love and good deeds!
